         This project is intended to build an additional floor on existing buildings a block inserted in the coastal city of Valencia. The intervention is directed towards building homes for attic - 4 residents whose aim is to support the procurement of races taking place on this front. Each unit will have approximately 30m2 to solve bedroom, kitchen, living room and toilets making use of constructive systems Pladur of Uralita Group .

      The proposed solution seeks to accentuate an intrinsic relationship with the aim of its construction: these enable users to enjoy a targeted for the various regattas and marine events that are so often organized in this area of Valencia landscape. Thus, the project is an analogy to the maritime theme of sailing boats. The pillars support steel cables that suspend the various housing modules on existing homes without ever touching them, forming a new image where before and after overlap to find a complementary harmony between both. These cables suspending the standard modules , as well as the masts supporting the ropes that suspend the sails on the sea.

          The proposed plan for the module is a reinterpretation of the plant houses 42 to 58 Street Eugenia Vines whose entrance is centrally handles with 3 compartments on the left side , 1 right side and a living room with kitchen included as the final shot of this corridor. The main elevation follows the rule of the facade modulation of DC subtype whose measurements oscillate around 10 metros. The whole purpose of the project strives for its lightness and feeling of floating on the sea, as intended .
